Clean, 1993, 36’ Land Yacht, Class A Motor home, by Airstream. This Gas/454 Chevy powered R/V has 60,000 miles. It’s Tag Axle, with auto leveling, rear Air Ride, coil springs up front, Steer Safe, and Alcoa aluminum wheels provides for a smooth, stable ride. The Dash A/C/H along with 2 roof Duo-Therm A/C units (with heat strips) plus 2 Hydro Flame gas central heating units’ keeps the unit’s temperature pleasant at ALL times. An Onan 6500, 50amp generator provides electrical power allowing Self Containment. Mid-entry, driver (with power window) and storage compartment doors utilize a central keyless locking system. Camping set-up is a snap with heated, remote mirrors, remote spotlight, Sony back-up camera and HWH computerized levers. Entertainment is provided by a Cobra C/B, Panasonic AM/FM Cassette radio and 2 (Magnavox, Sharp) T/Vs with central signal distribution from an Orion VCR and Winegard SAT/VHF/UHF antenna.

Main entry (with Kwikee electric step and removable handicap ramp) is into the kitchen/dining and living area. Forward, a sleeper sofa faces two swivel chairs with a table, containing an ice machine, between them. Two powered Captains chairs flank the dash mounted T/V. Rearward, the kitchen with double sink, Magic Chef microwave/convection oven and filtered water faces the new two-way refrigerator and fold down dinette/sleeper. Further rearward is a split bathroom with shower, large cedar lined closet facing the lavatory with a convertible privacy door. The rear bedroom has a queen size island bed and the second TV mounted high for easy viewing. Colors are gray with blue trim outside. Inside is a blue, green, wine mix on beige background with beige LEATHER trim, beige carpet and solid, Airstream quality, oak cabinets.

Overhead storage, as well as large storage drawers under the furniture, are located throughout. Skylights are located in the kitchen/dinning, bathroom and shower areas with a Kool-O-Matic Fan for natural ventilation. The roof and some windows have recently been resealed/waterproofed. New items (last 18 months) are the refrigerator, 18’ awning and rigging, front tires and batteries (3).

Recent trips over the last two years, we have traveled to Florida, Colorado, New Mexico, Tennessee, as well as numerous Texas trips. The majority of the time, we towed a Jeep Wrangler.
