1973 31' asking 6300.00 Rear bath center twin. Good condition , new hot water heater elec/gas ,tires. Ac replaced around14 yrs ago. AC and heat strip work great. Frige is original but had cooling unit replaced sometime in the past. Not sure when. Small dings and scratches{Beauty Marks}Could use some new carpet. Has some old stained carpet that was rolled up in my shop in it. But overall a nice looking trailor. 21' patio and 21' window Zip-Dee awnings.Used at least one week a month for the last 2 years. Only selling because we bought a 1986 31' and don't have room for 2 .Pictures available .
