The AS is in 'average' condition. All original. It's had lots of use but is still in very nice shape. Good trailer tires. Exterior is good. Rebuilt propane tanks. 'Gondola' windows have the usual 'cloudy' problem. We have lived in it for about 1 1/2 years and find it very comfortable. The foam is VERY comfortable to sleep on. (All beds should be so good.)
This AS could be used as a summer cottage or it could be used to travel in, no problem.
We are selling because we have bought a small cabin.
