28' Classic for sale

We are interested in selling our 2002 28' classic airstream.
It was purchased new in March 2003 as a leftover. It has a queen bed with the split bath plan. The carpet is tan with matching tan & gray couch & accessories. The unit is in factory condition, was used very little. It has been garaged kept, has not been smoked in or had any pets. Selling price is $38,000,
which is below the appraisal.
