I believe you may be a little low. I purchased same unit (87 model) several months ago. Desirable unit.....

Best of luck,

I also have an '85 25' Sovereign center bath. I try to keep up with prices, and in fact have a file of "for sale" ads which I keep for insurance purposes. I currently have mine insured for $10,000 stated value, and would not care to try and replace it for that.

I doubt if a rear bath will bring as much as a center bath.

If you don't have a buyer in mind yet, you might post some pictures and you might sell it here. A number of forum members have been looking for a 25 ft. unit.

We also have a 1985 25' Soereign.

We paid just under $7000 two years ago, but it needed a new A/C and Fridge, new toliet and some minor plumbing, and new brakes & two new tires... I think we got a pretty good deal.

The cosmetic blemishes I don't think are a major issue as they don't affect the integrety of the trailer. Ours has some pretty bad oxidation and one crease in the skin.

Oh, I had to get a complete hitch assembly also, nothing came with the trailer.

In the fall of 2002 we purchased a 25' center bath for just under 10K. The unit was ready to go and all systems worked other than a little problem with the stereo. The PO took good care of the coach. I have pictures I will try to include in the post. (first try)

You all are killing me! I want one of the 1985 model year 25' coaches so bad I can taste it. I really like my '77 Excella 500 31' but the 25' layout with center bath and rear twins or double/queen bed would fit in my back yard a lot better.

1986 Sovereign 25

Regarding value of the 25, we paid $8900 last February for our 1986 Sovereign with center bath and rear twins. We then cleaned up the inside with new sinks, toilets, granite counter tops in kitchen, bathroom and table between the beds. It is now like new and I would not sell it for even $18000. Our photos are at -

I have many friends that see mine and want one the same size. I have other friends with 31's and 34's that want to scale down as the 25 is a dream to tow.
