FOR SALE-1973 Airstream Land Yacht Trade wind-L25t3 25 foot. Very little over the road use. Parked at campsite since1987. Stored in garage in winter 1974-1986.
Exterior condition is very good. All windows,doors and equipment are original. All clearance lights,brake and turn signals are in working order. Power hitch works, spare manual cranklift and wheel. Propane tanks are aluminum and have been pressure tested. Gas regulator working, gas hot water heater working.
The awning is new (2-years old). The tires are old, have good tread and hold air pressure and the weight of the trailer. The battery should be replaced.
Interior condition is good. All is original except that the storage bin sliding doors have been replaced with solid wood hinged doors. The furnace has been replaced and is electronic controled. All 12-volt and 120-volt lights working.
Rear area has toilet, sink and shower, storage cabinet and a closet.
Center area has twin pull out/foldable couch/bunks, 3 closets, over and under couch/bunk storage bins.
Kitchen area has twin stainless steel sinks with water pump small counter space. 4 burner gas stove with oven and exhaust fan. Refrigerator is electric or gas, overhead storage above sink and refrig.
Front area has removeable dining table with twin cushioned benches, can be converted to a bed. Built in clock/radio needs work. Panel with gauges working, more storage areas behind and under benches.
