1962 tradewind (project) - for sale

partially gutted (no refer, wtr.htr., kit.sink.)
layout is sofa in front and one bed midway.
no roof vents. one window missing where a a/c unit was put.
some window mech. dont work.
rear of trailer has rust issues. some corrosion around access area for ht.wtr. htr. and heater.
indentation ( x 2) where tree branches had grown very close to the trailer and pressed the panels.
you must supply your own tires / wheels for it (the ones on it arent safe).


i towed this 90 miles with out problem a couple months ago. it had been in a trailer park here in florida for many years.
the trailer park owners sold it. the man who lived in it for many years went to live with his daughter some time ago. apparently he never transfered title.
there is no paper work for the trailer.
the last legal owner has not responded to my letters.
i need to make room in my yard for another A/S project.
