I was right...
I remember of some threads with very hot discussions or where pictures haven't to be published. For a couple of guys, it was a provocation game and they wanted to see the result and certainly, they laught in front of their computer...
Or simply, as in the current life, you meet people who decide to fight against you just for fun and, themselves, they don't know why; Hopefully, there are ,too, in front of their computer;
So finally, i think that this 5 warning points 'ld be a good democratic way to inform this kind of guys to stop their negative attitude instead of erasing, by the moderators, the thread where they are talking. They are able to continue with other subjects in other threads.
I prefer not meeting bad people rather than bad threads.
it's my opinion.

Bruno.

I have been able to draw conclusions about who I would not like to meet at a campground. If we just expand that, this would be a good way to screen how we select our life partners -- hey, even family! (well, life partners second time around -- but campgrounds work better.) Okay, back to reality...

Bruno, I know that I've a very few individual posts get vaporized. I didn't quite say 'grow a brain' but close... This is a good place; a nice place. Andy R and the mods are using their heads.

Civility

As a relatively new member of this this forum, but a veteran of many other message boards, I am most impressed by the civility of the members, and their willingness to share their knowledge. Some of the places I've been have been have literally been out of control (not that there's anything wrong with that...). But that kind of negativity doesn't seem like a good fit here, and I respect the decisions of the moderators to keep it that way.

Smile Kindness is a good thing...

I really appreciate and support the efforts to keep the forum inclusive to all people and friendly, as others have said most folks here are welcoming and helpful.

Couldn't agree more, my first reaction to seeing that "warn" bar was negitive & sent me looking for an answer.

Im just gald I was able to find where this information was listed. I thought I did something wrong. especially since noone else had it by their name.... Thanks for being proactive. But I'm with the other guy that said keep it hidden until you get warned. Thanks, just my two cents from a relatively newbie...

We agree and are figuring out how to make it happen. Currently the system is not being used. When the bugs get ironed out, there will be an announcement made and an explanation of how it works.

Warns?

I am a relatively new poster and as far as I know have not posted anything except Airstream questions yet I also have Warn (0%) and 4 tan circles by my name. I realize this is not being used, but does the number of circles denote that I have done something bad at least 4 times already?

What is the story?

Lee

NO! You haven't done anything wrong - relax.

What you have described is what everyone is seeing... if there has been an infraction - (say for instance - dissing MY trailer) the 0% would change to 20% or for a really aggregious infraction (can't imagine what could be worse though...) it might say 80%.
Please look at this thread for more info.

Here's what mine looks like... does this help?
