SilverCabin, way better the old one. There seems to be more member names that start with silver then any other. How did you get so lucky and pick one that had no owner? I am glad that I didn't go with a silver pre-fix. It may have taken all day for me to come up with a new one. I am "AirStreamer" on the Saab forum. I had no problem getting it over there. I wonder why.

Welcome to the Forum, SilverCabin.

How's that old saying go? Something about a pot calling the kettle black?

I personally don't see the problem with using a name as your forum name. Many folks do.

Whatever happened to rgodfrey? I think "Randy" was his first name. He seemed like such a nice guy and you always knew who you were talking to...

Changing usernames

A general note for those who 'Search' and find this thread.

1. Please search the Members List to make sure you don't want a name that's already in use.
2. Go into your control panel (User CP) and make sure your email address is up to date. Everybody should do this anyway!
3. Only a forum administrator can change a username (InsideOut, jcanavera, Janet, Stefrobrts, CanoeStream), although any moderator can steer requests to us.

Please try to communicate your interest to just one administrator or moderator so we don't get confused and mix things up. Check which ones are online (or even in town!) so your request doesn't seem to go nowhere fast.

Oh good, I'm not the only one, besides Tammy's Dad that remembers it.

Fun and Airstreams go together like aluminum and rivets!!!!!!!!

Please tell me how to locate the Forum gods. I too seek redemption from cogno-imaginitive-urnamebites paralysis. I too seek to bathe in the sweet nectar of satisfaction knowing that my true dweebdom has not been fully exposed. Come to me you virtual metamorphisis grantor and show me how you work your wonders...I am not worthy...

Oh Tim, 'tis we who are woefully deficient in nominative nomenclature normalcy! (BTW - what is a tcjx4 ... )

Go to the portal page (AKA airforums.com) -- any name bolded at the bottom is a moderator and can grant your every wish! And that will max out at $.50/hour babysitting money, $.50 per tooth, and yes I walked 0.25 miles to school as a child -- uphill both ways!!

Did you buy the "grant your every wish" stuff? Any-hoo... forum redemption is our stock and trade. Ask away.... but please PM a moderator -- much easier to handle that than expect we will see every post in a thread.
