Troubles in Post'in-land

Lately, I've had numerous hijack of my cursor while typing a message.
I just wonder if anyone else has had this problem as well. ????
Good example would be..
Actually, it happens when I get long winded...lol
Maybe this is telling me something..
Seriously, it's getting to be a bit discerning to "lose" everything you just typed only to look up, and see that you're not on the message format but, looking at some website or another..Of course when this happens....
Everything is gone~!!
yea, I know, I don't need any more rivets..
And plse,
I don't need any IT Pro's to tell me I need to get the latest MS fix either.
I just can't be the only one this is happening to~!!
ciao

It sounds like someone has some sort of spyware hooked up to your computer. My friend's husband can control his home computer from work. He catches her shopping sometimes and plays with her mind. I can't remember what the program is called that does this. hmmm

Maybe you said something to hack off the state department and they are now watching every move you make on-line. That's what you get for Googling Al-Quada.

If it wasn't so funny, I'd be incline to believe you on that..lol
This is the odd thing: I've never had a hint of anything even remotely like this to happen any where else but HERE.. And, it's always this same one function..None of my other computer activities invokes this type of weird action.. Only when I'm typing a comment to post to a thread..The sad part of it (at-least for me) is I lose the complete typed text. Even now as I type this reply to your comentary..I glance up to make sure it's still there...lol
I have my own thoughts as to what it might be...
Still, I'll be watching this..lol
ciao

i've had it happen too.

usually when typing a response, if i scroll at all when typing the whole screen goes haywire.

i am 99% sure it is not a spyware problem in my box. i would suspect it is some sort of java issue.

It has happened to me...

When I accidentally touch the control key when I hit the shift key to maker a capital letter. Ctrl+I= an interesting trip through the internet, depending on what I type after the "I".

Usually, when I'm typing.. I watch the cursor's position just to be double sure I know where it's at..Still it manages to go>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>thata way..when I'm not looking..

I sure do appreciate all of your feedbacks~
Maybe soon, we can pin this down..

The name of that software where you can spy on another computer is Timbuktu. Haven't used it in years but sure had fun while teaching software to my students while they were working on their projects. LOL

Oh thank-you, thank-you , thank-you. I too have been having the same problem; however, I chalked it up to my obsession to spelling and the use of several spelling programs which I use during the typing of each post. I would be mortified if a post went through with my name on it with a miss- spelled wrd.

Wink Volunteer to be Monitored!

Just resting my hands in front of my Dell laptop keyboard and putting pressure around the scroll pad causes the cursor location to hop around.

Security-wise, the best advice I've seen in ages is if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. This from an adherent of the "don't trust anyone over 30" generation; now I'd doubt almost everybody under 40 .... . Where wuz I? Yeah, musta fried a few grey cells too...

Let's fight 'em over here so we don't have to fight 'em over there! Do all your searches on Patriot Search: http://blog.outer-court.com/patriot/

This site is really hilarious. Thanks for that.

I really won't mind it, if only you could come back to where your left off..
Maybe..
My thoughts only..
Could it be, that one of the advertiser's link on this website has a flaw??
Just thinking outside the box here...
