If you need to find a post you have made, open the forum website then click on "User CP" near the upper left corner of the page. A page will open that shows the threads you are subscribed to. The thread will be listed in a list of your subscriptions. Select the thread and when it opens scroll through to find your posts.

When you first post into a thread it automatically subscribes you to that thread. You can also subscribe without posting to a thread by using the "Thread Tools" tab.
