of all the forums I go to, Air is without a doubt the easiest. Perhaps the OP should run for politics, those guys all know how to do it better too.

I am also a new member. When I started using the site it was confusing, better now but I still find it difficult. I have been trying to upgrade my account but must be doing something wrong it simply doesnt work so I gave up. I have been serching the site to find help with questions, no luck.
I agree with the comment about the dropdowns. Things look different when you see them for the first time.

It took me a little while to figure it all out, mostly because I was making it more complicated than it was. Now it is rather easy to navigate and find what I want. The biggest problem I had was starting a new thread. You might want to do as suggested, if you have a problem - pm a moderator. I haven't had a need to do that yet but it is an option.
I love this web site. It would have taken me years and no telling how many hours of reading books to get to where I am in just a few months on my TT. I should be ready by next spring to get back on the road. So far - one years use and one years worth of repairs - Thanks to all that setup and maintain it.

I agree with 69 AirDream's comments.
I also think that a set of good instructions would be helpful to learn how to use this site. They may already be here, but I don't know how to find them. I have learned how to use the site through trial and error.
Airforum people are the best. Thanks.

Website works for me! If we are in the 70's I was single, completing college and getting a heck of a first job. Ahhh, the memories.

1997? The year my Airstream was built.....I am happy with it, and with this site. There is no better source for Airstream information than Airforums. Yes, searches can be frustrating at times, but that is a matter of finding the right key words to search for. I am sure if my brain were wired like the folks who easily work crosswords, I could think of search words easier. That is my problem and certainly NOT Airforums issue.
Once you spend some time using the site, and looking at the wealth of information, you will find it to be a tremendous resource.

God Bless America
Oregonian,
The wonderful thing about America is that you have choice. So hopefully you choose to not continue to be ignorant or just go somewhere else for Airstrem info. Have a great day.

I like it. If you don't, you can go to a better site. Oh and good luck on that.

If he thinks this site is outdated and confusing wait until he reads his owners manual on his 2010! Talk about vague and outdated.

When I find a site I don`t like,I just log off and don`t return. That would be 1 way to not have to put up with such a terrible site as this. Dave

Wow Oregonian - you've done the Airforums membership a great favour - it's not often the entire group is united for the same cause - what a great sense of community! - what a great website!
Thanks,
Jay

To all the moderators and folks that maintain this website - a big hearty Thank-you!!! Without it, we never would have found our Airstream, or learned what we needed to know before taking on a complete refurb. I have found the website very organized, and packed full of lots useful information. Learning the organization took less than an hour of poking around.
