You may have noticed that the last time the forums software was upgraded everyone's profile pictures went missing. The bug is fixed and pictures can be viewed once more but it will require each user to upload a new photo.
I love these head shots because they help me ID folks at rallies and meetings. File size limitations are 100K and the photo should be no larger than 400 x 400 Pixels.
Here's how to upload a new picture to your profile:
Click on "User CP"
Select "edit profile picture" on the left side menu (pop up window will appear)
Select browse and then find the file to be uploaded on your computer.
Save changes.

Done. The picture is about two years old. It was taken shortly after I joined the forum. That is number three child (number two son) in my lap.

I'm sorry -- I just found that and couldn't resist. I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. Personally I think it's hysterical. I know you're serious and I'll promise you a real one, but I have to leave that one there through the 31st -- I just have too...
This picture is a few years old and it shows me and my wife with the biggest fish we ever caught. OK, it's not really a fish, but it is a sea creature. It is the only picture that I can find since our wedding (1983) that I am not wearing a hat. I am folicly challenged! Take a look......
