Profile Photo

Recently I added a photo to my profile but it does not show when I make a post. What did I do wrong?

Nothing.
The profile photo is in your public profile.
the photo in the post is an Avatar photo. Different place to enter it.
Go to your user cp, and scroll down to Avatar. There you will find links to add a custom avatar.

Nothing wrong...that is the profile photo, if you want to add it so it shows up on your posts you need to place it in the avatar file. Got to User CP then on the left find "Edit Avatar" there is a menu that will allow you to add your custom avatar or choose a stock one. BTW it is limited in size to roughly 70x70pixels IIRC.
