Problems with threaded view

I just tried switching my options to threaded view and when I try to view messages at the bottom of a long thread I can't. I get the first 20-30 messages displayed fine but the later message don't display and message #1 shows again. Linear view works fine, but hybrid does the same thing. I have number of posted per page set to defualt and the age cutoff to show all.

I just tried to recreate what you've described.. If you change the number of posts per Page to a larger number you may see a slightly better result...

But - my experience is that most folks ignore the reply functions of a specific post and reply in a linear fashion - so the threaded mode is just plain confusing.

I get this same thing. I like threaded mode. Heowever when I try to look at a meesage that may be 30 down the list it shows the first message. This happens no matter what thread I browse.
