The basics -- Apple MacBook Pro running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5, Firefox 41.0.2 is up to date IMO.
When I am in a thread, I hit Post Reply at the top left, then after the box opens for typing in the reply, I go to the Attach (paperclip) icon, and the Manage Attachments box opens. At the top within Upload File from your Computer, I hit the top Browse button, then navigate to the file I want to attach, and either double-click it, or highlight it and hit the Open button at the lower right, after which the file name is to the right of the Browse button. Then I hit the Upload button to the right.
At the lower left, I did just notice the message "sending request to www.airforums.com" followed by "Waiting for www.airforums.com" but no progress bar or image of the photo that I can see. Then quickly (2-4 seconds?) at the top left in the Manage Attachments box, there is Upload Errors in the next line, then the file name in the next line, then Upload of file failed in the next line.
That's what happens every time.
A Firefox problem after last update or two? Want me to try in Safari?
I have uploaded images in other similar forums with no trouble, but not recently since I updated Firefox.
It is now 10:07 PM EDT -- give me a minute or two to review/edit this for accuracy, and then let me know what you would like me to do next.
