PM Title Notation

I notice on PM's in the title block there is a parenthetical expression (deny receipt)
Can anyone tell me what that is all about?

John - I tried clicking on (deny receipt) and nothing ever happened. I have read back into the instructions to no avail
Perhaps the founder of the Forum will read our posts and come to our rescue with the reason for this notation?
