Try posting just one picture. If that doesn't work, list the steps you are using to post. This site is the same as almost every other site I use and I have no trouble posting pictures.

You don't say where you are trying to post your pictures to. You have several in your gallery that appear to be new.
Take a look at this thread:
http://www.airforums.com/forums/f138...ics-44928.html
and let us know if you are still having problems.

Althea,
The pictures are in your photo gallery. Those are some very normal places for a frame to rust. It looks to me like an ill fated attempt to repair was made some time ago. Don't despair! All things like this can be repaired. It just takes time, patience and some money. Happy restoration!

When you are ready to post your pictures. Just scroll down from the box your are typing your message into. You will see a "manage attachments" button. Push it. A window will come up with 4 browse buttons in it. Start at the top on by clicking one of the browse buttons, then browse thru your photos and pic the one you desire, highlight the photo and click "open". Then click the next browse button and select another picture and repeat the process. When you are done selecting pics , hit the "upload" button and wait until it says "done" in the lower left hand corner of the box. The pics can not be larger than 1600 pxl's. Hope this helps. You must use the post reply button, not the quick reply.

Posting Pics

Did you ever get it figured out? Everytime I try to attach files, it breaks my internet connection and I have to restart my pc. I have tried to attach one file at a time. Same result. The file is below the size limit listed, and I can attach these files to email.
Any ideas?
Thanks

download them to photobucket, and then copy/paste them into your post here.
It works!

I just went to the OP's photo site, right clicked on the picture, selected "copy", opened this window, right clicked on the reply window, and clicked "paste".

If I wanted the larger version, I'd just copy and paste that one.

Copy paste works well if the pictures are small enough. If they're too big, they'll stretch the thread window and readers will have to scroll to read all the text.

What TG TWinkie said.

Here are a couple of addenda:

Below the response box, you can pick "Post Quick Reply" or "Go Advanced." Choose "Go Advanced."

You can then choose EITHER the "manage attachments" section below the box where you type in your message, OR click the little paper clip in the tool bar at the top of the message box. They both take you to the same place.

Upload pictures from your computer just like TGT said.

To include your pictures in your message, you return to the message box and, when you want a picture included, you click the paperclip. This gives you a drop down menu of your recently uploaded pictures. Choose which image to include at that point. You can put them all in at once, or space them out with text in between.

This technique gives you the images that show up in a sort of frame in the post and that can be clicked on for a larger version.

Good luck.

Image Resizer for Windows XP

I use this Image Resizer for Windows XP

Resize digital pictures quickly

I don't have one I've tested yet for Win 7.

The XP Image Resizer is really easy to use. Just right click on the file to resize and select proper size.

Win 7 Resize a picture using Paint

I found this on MS. I haven't tried it yet. It sounds easy enough.

Resize a picture using Paint

Hi, I just got a new computer with Windows 7 and my wife's lap top has Vista. I just learned how to resize pictures using PAINT. You can also find videos showing how to do it. The last few steps are very important [to me anyhow] because if you do it wrong, you will lose the original sized pictures. I spent forever trying to post pictures with my Windows XP before I downloaded the resizer, mentioned in a previous post.

Got it!

Finally figured it out. File size was ok, pics were too wide. Once they were re-sized, it went fine.
