new username help

I requested my username be changed, and I received an email saying it was not changed, but when I log in with the new username I get an error: "invalid username/password". I'm not sure why it didn't work, but I tried logging in with my old username/password, and that still worked.

I sent a reply to the email saying that the new username doesn't work, but havne't received a reply. I figured I'd better go through the proper channels and re-request it. I did that and still I don't get any reply.

Has anyone else been successful at getting forum support lately? Just curious why there's no response.

You can request a user name change via the "Contact Us' button located on the blue bar at the bottom of the screen. We try to honor such requests when at all possible.
