I was invited to be a friend today so I accepted...I also invited several folks to be my friend. What does that mean for this forum? Other than we all need friends.

New today, it is reminding me of a "private" sin committed in 2006... that's two years ago.
Tom, I have not even had a chance to communicate with the moderation team about this. Part of the softeware upgrade was to port over our old warning system into the new Infraction system of this software. The old system was not compatible with this new version. The warning that you see in your profile is only viewable by you and the moderation team. These are here so we can keep track of issues we have.

Tom, I can't speak to the warning that was given to you back in 2006 but I know the Moderation team works very hard to keep the peace and only issues warnings when a member violates on our Community Policies. If you don't want to be reminded of this warning that was given to you, then I'd suggest not clicking on the Infractions tab in your profile. That will keep it out of sight and hopefully out of mind!

In order to manage this community fairly we have to keep track of warnings that were given to members. It take a lot of work and this is just the way the new system allows the member and mod team to see when a member was warned about something. Once again, I'd suggest that you don't click on the infractions tab in your profile if you don't want to remember that event. If your infractions tab was empty, you probably would not go in daily to make sure it stayed empty, so really there is no need to go in there daily and make sure the one warning is there.
Also, I got your PM, thanks for pointing me to this message. I was not trying to avoid you but I have been working on a lot of things since the upgrade and we still have a lot to iron out.
Mod Team - I will post an update about the old warning info being moved into the new infraction system (was done yesterday as Tom notices). We still need to clean up some of the data and make sure everything looks like it was transfered over properly.
