Hi folks. I'm not seeing the photos at the top of the page any longer (as in "Recent Photo Gallery Uploads"). May be a Google Chrome thing as they may have screwed up some stuff on their last "update". Just lettin' ya know.

They are also not showing here on IE11. The frame is there, but no pictures.

Is it possible to get a more Boolean search function, especially in the ipad app? If not, even in the web browser. For example, a search I would love to do right now (and am trying to figure the best way to do it) would be

bedding AND (guest OR "L-Lounge")

I think this search brings in all qualifiers I would like to see. I -think- if I search for L-lounge on its own, the system drops the hyphen and then drops the //L// as being too small a word. So the desire would be to see the availability oft he double quote and the parenthesis along with the EITheR OR or AND...

Or am I missing something obvious....?

Ian

Airlovr, at the top in the blue links bar, click on "User CP." That's your Control Panel. In the User CP, the third entry in the left-hand menu is "Edit Profile Picture."

Click on the User CP link on the blue bar near the top of a page. Once your user control panel opens, Yo will see the 3rd link in the left says "Edit Profile Picture"

Well, I was second. That's close to first. I always spend too much time composing my posts.

If you can't make that work by using your phone, switch to a PC to do it.

No hovering text on Portal Page threads with new posts

In the past, on the portal page, when I would place my mouse cursor over the title of a thread, the first line or two of the first post in the thread would appear in a pop up box.

Now it only happens for threads in non-bold text. In other words, ones that have had no new posts since the last time I accessed the thread.

It this a system change or have I changed something to cause this?

For perhaps a week or more I seem to have a new problem with the Air forums app on my Android phone. Any link to an Airforums thread from another thread or even a Google search ALWAYS takes me to the exact same thread about traveling with the fridge running rather than the correct thread. If I allow the link to open in a browser window, it goes to the correct thread. I have cleared cache and app data and uninstalled and reinstalled the Airforums app and nothing fixed the issue. Is anyone else having this problem? If so were you able to fix it?

Am I a possible subversive or spreader of propaganda?

Why, when I start an new thread in the
Airstream "In the News"
sub forum, do I get a message telling me that my post must be approved by a moderator, before I will see it?

That particular subforum is configured that way, it's nothing to do with you specifically.

It isn't just you, it is everybody that starts a thread in that forum. Not sure why but it was set up that way a long time ago.

I'm sorry you are having this issue and have seen similar reports around the web of an ad from lyft that basically hijacks browsers to install... Lyft is a company like uber. You can read more here: https://www.facebook.com/lyft/posts/829674463758136 and here:
Weird browser pop ups and hijacks. Safari , Fb browser , Alien Blue browser. "Lyft iOS app" , pop up then App Store popup : iphone

You might want to check at apple customer support for a solution of if you see an ad like those reported elsewhere please get the url of the ad and we can try to have it blocked. To date I have not seen it but believe that it might only be inbound for IOS users.
