Love the New Look!

Tonight was my first chance to see the new format for Airforums.com. It's really nice! Thanks for the good work!

Not a fan - the posts are now too narrow - I feel like I'm reading a newspaper, while the right side of the screen is taken up with stuff I don't need.

That's exactly why the new look is so successful. If newspaper columns were 8 or 10 inches wide you wouldn't read them for very long.

This new site is a design triumph.

I'm new to everything, but I can't tell you how much I appreciate all the help this web site has given me. I've printed all sorts of advice, about various subjects, and have made a take with me reference manual. Picking up my AS after Labor day. I love this web site and feel it is fabulous in every way. Thank you to those smart ones who have created it and who maintain it. Not that it matters, but Orson is my dog. I had trouble logging on so used his name and it worked. My name is Joan. Woof Woof!

sorry - i gotta go with skater on this.

the center 'meat section' is too narrow.

the right side 'ad' section should be reduced by 50% and that amount added to the post section.

the 'ad' section wouold then be spread thinner down the right side column, the lower portion of which is now wasted white space.

just my 2c.

Is the trailer on the top header an English model or was the picture inverted to have the door on the left side?
