On mine it appears just below the Welcome box; it's actually part of the darker blue line that goes across the whole screen, just above the smaller, sponsored ads.

The Log Out tab might be off the screen, depending on your screen resolution. Recently a few items were added to the blue bar and pushed the tab off. If you have a slider on the bottom of the screen you should be able to move everything to the left a little and then see the tab. This issue has been reported and is on the "to do list".

Thank you!

I have been searching for the Log Out button! Thanks for the thread because I was going crazy too for the last couple weeks, I can log out now... I guess I should have figured it out, but I'm just a creature of habit!

Always learning...

I need to say thanks, as well. For the last year and a half, I've been clicking on that little red "X" up in the top right corner. Today will be my first proper log out.

The thing about being an e-dinosaur is that you know there's an electronic message circling in cyber space that will someday plummet to earth and take out the whole species.

Why?

I never log off on purpose. I understand the need for logging off if you are using a public computer or someone else's. What is the plus side of logging off on my own computer?
Regards,
Ken
