Images space used up

I tried to post a pic today and got this message.....

"You are currently using 49.99 MB to store 228 uploaded attachments."

Guess it means I have filled up my allotted space??

Is there a way to allow me to post more images?

thnxs

Two methods that I'm aware of: become a sustaining member, or use a third-party image warehousing site such as photobucket.

Or both.

photobucket.com is a really quick and easy way to share images on forums.

I use both Photobucket and my forum account. If it is Airstream-specific, I use the account, if it is going to go to more places than here, I use Photobucket and link from there.

This^^^ I use Flickr, PhotoBucket and SlickPic I prefer Slickpic and Flickr to PB. I almost never use a camera anymore for quick shots, I use my smartphone and upload directly to Flickr or Slickpic.

For sure... images are subjective as they relate to personal tastes, interests, quality, etc. But from my camera club days nothing has changed..... a picture is worth a 1,000 words.

Sorry, no. Members can delete or edit posts for about 5 minutes after posting them, but that's it.

The choices are outlined in the posts above.

I just assumed it could be done. Foolish me.
So please explain http://www.airforums.com/forums/f415...n-99130-3.html post #41.
Was that done with something like PhotoBucket?
Thanks

Post #41 shows a missing image, it was a hosted image that got moved by the owner. I ran the thread, some of the pictures are hosted and linked, others are attachments.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is a hosted image?

Hosted photo is where you use a third party to warehouse the photos and you merely post a link to them in the post you are making here.

Like Photobucket, Flickr, et al.

You can always load images into the AIR photo gallery. Space is unlimited and You can link to those images the same way you would with a photobucket account.
