How to post picture with name

How do I put my picture with my name like everyone else?

Click on the User Cp Link at the top of the page.

Click on Edit Options in the bar that now goes across the screen.

Scroll down to the last section and there is where you can pick an avatar. There are standard ones you can use or you can use a small or low res. picture that you have for your avatar.

Don't forget to save modifications or it will not keep your settings.
