help/ no thread email

I am not getting any email notification to my threads. I am subscribed. I was advised to contact the helpdesk. But I can't figure out how.

Is anybody else having this issue? For how long? I do know there was significant effort yesterday looking at a classifieds email issue.

I've communicated with Marshall by PM. This sounds like the longstanding subscribed thread problem. I don't have a clear timetable for the coming software upgrade but this might be glitchy until then.

There was another thread awhile back that dealt with this. I don't know about others, but I have NEVER received an email for the 'Daily Notification" option, however I do get notification if I select "Instant Notification".

I keep finding thread reply notifications in my spam folder.

Seems to be the way it works for me, too. If I specifically click the box inside a thread, I get the email. Otherwise, no deal. Almost like the universal option in the user CP area is broken.

My email notifications dropped off near the beginning of October. I've even reset my notification preferences a couple of times, no change in the problem.
