Help Needed to Contact A Seller

I am trying to contact a seller on the classified section and keep getting the following message. "You do not have permission for this action (you may need to log in first)!" I am logged in when I click the link to contact the seller but I keep getting this message. What am I missing? Thanks for the help and Happy New Year.

Hi Carl.

Seems odd, but in the Classifieds, the only way you can be sure you are logged in is to look at the first horizontal dark blue line, and at the far right side, if it doesn't say "logout", you are NOT logged in.

Try that, and if it still won't work, click on the Help Desk ("Contact us") link at the bottom of most pages in this, the Forums (not in the Classifieds).

Carl, It is not that you are not logged on to the forums..... The Classifieds Section requires you to log on again to that page/site to do any transactions (such as Contact Seller)! Just use the login tab and use your forums avatar name and password and you will be able to use the site without further issue. Ed
