Help me resize pics

I have windows 7. Someone please tell me how to resize pics from my libraries to a size that will upload to the forum.

You need some kind of photo editing software like PhotoShop, Elements, Paint Shop, etc. I've used all those over time. If you don't have any similar software, there are some freebies talked about here - although I don't have any firsthand experience with any of them, somebody else here may be able to help point you in the right direction with one of these.

Another thing you can do is turn down the settings on your camera to make the pictures smaller when you shoot them.

I use photofiltre. It is free software. PhotoFiltre - Download
Download the software to your computer and run the program.

I use this: Image Resizer for Windows

It is embedded right into Windows. All you do is select the pictures you want to resize and then right click, click on "Resize Pictures", and Windows resizes everything and saves the resized copies in the same folder. Handy as all heck.

Some e mail programs will re size images. Then you save them to a separate folder and post them from there.

I use Windows Vista, and in there is a program called "Windows Live Photo" gallery,and one of the things it will is resize photos.
