Embedded Hyperlinks Advertising (Vibrant)

Lately I have noticed within threads and elsewhere around the portal and interfaces here some type of annoying pop-outs.
These things are activated when your mouse crosses over certain hyper words. These words appear on my screen to be of a greenish color. however they are not all that noticeable.
The pop-up that they generate has the word "Vibrant" in each header.
I am assuming that is the producer of this type of ad nuisance.

Is this something Forum Andy has initiated or is this something that has "invaded" my computer locally only?

Hi Distant,

I get um too. They tend to block out the text your trying to read.

I get really, really annoyed at the political content of some of the ads here. I thought we were supposed to be non-specific, politically speaking that is. I guess things work one way for some folks (read: political affiliation) and another way for other folks (read: the other political affiliation).

Maybe it's just me.
