Clean out your PM account~

Remember folks, when you're asked to clean your PM account..Be sure to clean the message tracking, sent items and, inbox as well~
Just wanted to mention this once more..

What is this all about?
Why would anyone be told to clean out their PMs?

BTW what is the point of reducing the Last 30 to the Last 25?
Not a positive development in my opinion.

Ought to go the other way say the last 50.
I recall a poll on that very subject a while back but I searched and did not find it...Why? Who and why do some threads get flushed and others dont?

The Last 30 seems to have suffered for an advertisment for our chat room...Is the chat room in need of participants? How many of us do participate there? I have never been there.

With all due respect and as one who has just signed up short time ago but who lurked for year or so, Am I the only member who subscribes to the leave well enough alone theory? aka If it aint broke dont fool with it!

The Personal Message mailbox has a limited capacity for each member....when it's full, you may no longer get PM's delivered. This is a combined capacity of both the "Inbox" and the "Sent Box". Not all foks are aware of this, what I believe what was intended as a friendly reminder by 53FlyingCloud, came off with the wrong tone.

As far as "reducing the Last 30 to the Last 25" you can always go to the "Forum" section and click on "new" or "last 24 hours" or perform a "search" back to the beginning of time for older threads or topics that have been discussed previously. If you aren't familiar with these features, feel free to PM me (my inbox is clear )and I'll help you out.

Is the chat room in need of participants? How many of us do participate there? I have never been there. If you need additional help finding these features or learning how to use them, feel free to PM me and I will help you out.

Actually, last week we had a great turn-out Tuesday evening...I would estimate about 50 people showed up for awhile and chatted...it's a lot of fun, you should stop by & visit sometime.

Shari.. You hit it right on the head..I was trying to send a PM to a friend. Whom I knew was online..but, because their mail box was "Full"...I couldn't send it..Just wanted a venue to get my message across and, this was the easiest way.
