I have tried three times to advertise my trailer for sale, but can't get the ad to upload. Can some help me. I have tried to log off them back on.

Have you logged in to the classifieds as well as the forums? You have to log in to the classifieds section, just like you do here. Logins do not carry over from forums to classifieds.

Hmm, I just uploaded a series of test ads, using all three of the major web browsers, with no trouble.
Maybe the software doesn't like one or more of the pictures you're trying to upload.
Can you submit just the ad, and insert the photos after the ad is posted?

I don't know whether it is just my machine or if it is common, but the few times that I have experienced any problems accessing the airforums.com site, it has gone away once I upgraded to the latest version of Java.

If you are running the recently released version Internet Explorer 8, there are a number of new security features that try to block some of the common routines used for uploading text or graphics. The one that I am encountering most often is the one that activates when trying to post a photo by linking to another site -- a yellow message bar appears indicating that the operation has been blocked and asks for uer approval after which you must request the link function again and it works normally. Thus far, I haven't been able to selectively deactivate this feature, and am hoping that Microsoft will soon release a patch that will permit selective release.

Take note of the image limits noted in this post - http://www.airforums.com/forums/f138...tml#post612696. Classifieds uses different software than the forums and the image limit is fairly restrictive. If an attached image is too large an ad submission will disappear into nowhere. You may have up to 6 images at the size noted -- 360 x 360 pixels, no larger than 60K apiece -- jpeg is the most common to fit within this size limit.

The ad should be visible within a minute of clicking submit.

Thanks guys, the pics were the problem. I tried with two and the ad went through, only problem now is they were wrong two is there any way to change them?

Go to your full ad. Scroll down. Below the ad you'll see your username. Just below that is an edit/delete link. That will allow you to remove pics and add others.
