Black lines

Can anybody tell me why/how come when I look at the classified adds black lines pop up to cover up the picture. The only way I can get it cleared is to start over again. This is very frustrating it's like I am not allowed to see the pictures or something. Am I doing something wrong

Happens to me on my phone (iPhone SE). I figured it had something to do with screen size / resolution. It's fine on my tablet and laptop, as well as on my wife's phone (iPhone 6S plus). Try it on a different device size and see if it helps
