I too had problems attaching pics because they were too big a file. I got a message that indicated they need to be 10kb or less. So I resized and voila! it worked.

It only works if I use the IMG vB Code and link it to a pic on a web page. The Attach File--Browse method just won't work! I've exhausted what little mental capacity I have left!!!!

In your message I saw a little blue icon with a question mark symbol. So I dragged and dropped it on my Mac Desktop. From there I could double-click and see the picture in the Preview application. I'll give it a try here. First I'll put the file back up that I downloaded and secondly I'll try your file after "laundering" it through iPhoto.

I think your file is good. What steps I took was simply to click on the "Choose File" button, then select the file (The chosen name shows up next to the Chose File button) and then "Submit Reply". I did not select "Preview Reply". Preview Reply does not seem to work when I attach a picture.

After I reposted Sneakinup's file, the little blue icon I first saw in Sneakinup's message turned into his picture.

Thanks for trying it out. I saved the file you laundered, and tried to attach it... still no go.

I'm thinking that there is some setting that is keeping my system from uploading properly. I haven't found it yet.

I use Corel Photo Paint to doctor up my photos, so I know they are within the "legal limits."

Great kitten picture!

The secret evidently is not to preview your reply when posting a picture.

I also tried to post two pictures in one message and found that the second chosen file simply eliminated the first.
