We have a section in the left hand column that has some graphics to rallies. Sometimes the ads don't change very often because we have not had many rally leaders who submit ads. So this is a call for members to help come up with some internal default ads to run when the rally ads run low.
There is more logic to this then just filling in the space when we have few rally ads. Here is a little web 101 marketing from what I have learned in the last 5 years. The main thing is PEOPLE BECOME BLIND TO ADS. So if we have the same 4 rally ads rotating, no one will notice them because once you have seen it and are aware then you have little incentive to click and see what is there. So in order to keep things fresh, it would be helpful for us to have a deeper inventory of internal ads to promote the various sections of the forums.
We need some internal ads for:
- Classifieds section (Vintage, Motorhomes, Late Models, etc)
- Campground Reviews
- Photo Section
- Chat Room
- Towing, Wheels & Tire Reviews (link)
- Or individual forums...
All the internal ads should be exactly 160x160 pixels wide.
So all of our graphics artists please chip and post some internal ads for AIR to help promote the various sections of our community!
