Happy new owner!

I just brought my new (new to us) 1968 17 foot Caravel home yesterday! I bought it here off the classifieds- Everything works! The sellers were just so nice and very exceptional people! They took such incredible care of this unit- all the original manuals, paper work, etc., They gave me the reese hitch and set it all up for me and it tows so nice! Even in the pretty high desert winds between Victorville and Las Vegas . Now the fun starts!!!!!!!!

Ooo - I'd love to be able to head out to the Las Vegas area in the Airstream. I go every year to Vegas, but fly in and pretty much stay in town for the most part. Would be nice to be able to explore and camp in the that neck of the woods.

Congrats on your purchase!

NextLevel - Welcome to the forums and to Airstream ownership. I bought my Airstream several years ago off Ebay and the owners were very nice and even towed it to my lake property for me (my vehicle was too small).

Can't wait to hear all about her and see picts of the family.
