MatchlessMetal
I'm working on mine right now..not that I'm going to sell it or anything. Called Matchlessmetal and they sent me three bars to try for free...even shipped it UPS for me. Very Cool. The Tripoli (red bar) works great on that deep oxidation...fast. Here's about an hours worth...

Hi Rob,
can you give me more infos on the bars? How are they used and what are the differences between the three?
The Homepage of them is not very informative...
But the result looks really great!!!
Thanks
Bjoern

Matchless
The Red is for heavy oxidation. The green for medium. The white for finishing. Hold the brick onthe ground on a board or something hard with your foot and run the buffer on it transfering the rouge / polish on it, and then hit the aluminum. Works great with little mess.

Yes!
I used to have one exactly like that! The same orange (original) upholstery... everything (except mine had carpet, and a dull exterior)! I had to really look at the pics, but I dont think that one was mine. Makes me wish I still had it! Sold it 7 yrs. ago!

Tracking the Caravel.
My Caravel came from PA, then to NC and now to NY.

Makes me want another! I sold mine to help finance our CCD.
Wonder what it will go for...
Just showed the eBay listing to my wife. Nope. Not interested. She loves the International too much.

What a sweet little beauty! And there's that wonderful checkerboard black and white floor again! Made my heart skip a beat...wonder why they didn't touch up the blue on the Airstream sign? I'll bet it hits 16 or 17K

Funny that it's in Williston. I was driving through there just last week & spotted an Argosy for sale on the main drag--was going to post the phone number here but wrote it down on my hand & couldn't read it later!
In one week, I crossed the country from Portland, Ore., to Chicago, mostly by Amtrak, and kept an eye out for old Airstreams the whole way. Saw precious few even in the RV heavens of Western Washington, where half my family lives, and Eastern Montana, where the other half lives. Occasionally, from the train, I'd spot an old Airstream out in a field, looking very lonely, and then it would fade into the distance. Watching all those deserted buildings & towns slide by can be a very eerie feeling ...
