Thumbs up good info

Saw this link elsewhere and studied it carefully......have to say that the laws are pretty liberal for some states as far as large sizes and weights in regard to neglecting consideration of the tow vehicle, even scary, and others have zero tolerance for toads without braking systems...a good read....jem
