I have an opportunity to see a '63 Globetrotter tomorrow. Can you help me with trouble spots to address, problems that are common, and structural issues that need a close look?

Soft floors (leaks) - look by the door and in bath
Dented skin - spendy to replace sections - repairs are often unsatisfactory
Axles - check out article for info about how to tell if they are shot. They can be replaced...
Tires
Broken water lines - can be replaced w/pex....

Remember - you are looking at a 40 year old trailer - it will need some tlc.
