Tires for 2 Tradewinds. 70'& 74

I'm renovating 2 old AS Tradewinds. 1970 Tradewind Caravanner and 1974 tradewind. Both campers need new tires and I don't know what to buy.
Also, is it advisable to go with 16" tires vs 15" tires?
I live in south Atlanta... Any tire dealer recommendations?

I would not buy new tires until the trailer(s) are ready for travel. You can replace all tires in a matter of hours. No point in having the tires age sitting still.

When you do, 4 15" LT tires will work fine on a trailer w/ a ~5000 lb GVW.
