Shipping to Hawaii

Hello,

We have a 25ft Airstream and want to ship it to Maui, do you have any recommendation or tip how can we do this?

Thank you

Interesting. Realize that there is only ONE Airstream in the entire Hawaiian Island area.

I would assume you need to find a freight forwarder that can handle loading your AS into a container and shipping it over there. If you have a wide body model that could be challenging, to put it mildly.

It's definitely going sea freight. Think you can secure it inside a standard shipping container? I'd want it strapped in somehow, since getting jostled and hitting the side of the container would cause serious damage. Surely there must be a freight company at the port that you could call and discuss logistics. Somebody is getting vehicles on the island by sea freight, you just need to find out who/how.

Hope you're ready to shell out a few grand.
