Replacing Belly Skins.....Help

Hello i have a 76 TW and i have full gutted the floors and belly skins. I am replacing all the skin under the trailer with Aluminum. What I am wondering is should i replace the Aluminum segments that are on the lower part of the trailer that rap around under to the frame? I friend says that some small pitting can be noted in the aluminum down on those aluminum you guys think i should leave them in place or replace them....Also how hard is it to rivet these areas back together and can i use the same rivet holes ?

Just finishing up my belly have one corner to finish up, rear street side. Replaced the wraps as well.
You can use the old wraps if they're still in good shape, it's subjective. I did it as mine were rough and I was doing the rest anyway. If you do use the old as templates. You can try using old rivet holes bit it's not easy since you have to blind drill trying to line up the drill, it's easier to fill the old holes with rivets and drill new ones.
Overall the whole process wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Make sure you have nice sharp drill bits. My first bit was a real pain drilling into the frame rails, new bit much easier.
Work so the overlap keeps road spray out.
