Smile Grey water tank for 1973 AS Tradewind 25'

Greetings,
Newbie here! Does anyone have any information regarding istalling a Grey water tank into my 1973 AS tradewind 25'? As I understand it, in 1973 AS didn't install G Water Tanks...only Black water and potable water tank. I would make dry camping much easier. Any thoughts, costs etc. would be appreciated.

Go to vintagetrailersupply.com . They have 16 gallon tanks that will fit in the bellypan cavity, between the crossmembers. You can couple two together & make 32 gallons. Steve can "spin weld" the fittings in to suit your plumbing design. I have installed a lot of them.

Mick20, I installed a 20 gal grey yank in my '73 Tradewind back in '04. I got it from Incaplastics. It fits between cross members. I had to support it with additional pieces of 1" tubing. I think my pics are still out on the forum. It still works great...so it can be done. Good luck.

My '73 came with a 10 gal. It's just a teaser of a tank due its small size. But a 20 gal? Thats very interesting, I need to add that to the to-do list.!

Not Done,

At least your TT came with a gray tank! In 1973, it was only the Excella versions that got it. My 1974 Sovereign was the first year in its model to have that li'l 10 gallon tank.
