First time owner - cleaning and dismantling

So I'm a new owner with an old Airstream - 1970 25' LandYatch - Tradewind.
Congratulations me. Plan on using this for festival camper - with water and power hookup. Wife won't boon dock.



Started reading Air Forum about 6 months ago - thankfully.
Started out filthy - inside and out. Finally have outside at 75% clean and inside dismantled and cleaned back to the plastic bathroom.


Trying to decide how to replace bathroom after rebuilding the floor at the rear - seems most folks have similar issues. Also, had a rat set up camp while the AS sat in the woods since 2011. Checking for chewed on wire - since the foam cushions didn't satisfy.


Here's what I've accomplished in three weeks.

all parts removed are in decent shape - in need of some veneer repair or replacement.
