'79 Tradewind rear bath with twin beds?

I have a '79 with the double bed and am looking to get rid of the gaucho. Does anyone have photos or floor plans for the twin bed option?

The twins are pretty much mirror images of each other. You'd need to remove all the closets and cabinets on the street side of the trailer, and install the twin bed there. It's a huge loss of storage space.

Here is my twin set up in 1973 Tradewind. I would like to go with a double instead. What is your thinking incase I am making a mistake. Is the interior your going to take out in good shape? Does it match the pics below?

The floorplan would be the same, but the 1979 has different cabinet fronts (the tambors are curved rather than flat, and the handles protrude rather than recessed).
