What year?

I bought a 65 or 66 28 foot with no bath or kitchen from the factory. I am trying to figure this serial number out

Would this be correct:
S-if the S were at the beginning and meant California
I or 1- meaning International model
28- meaning 28 feet length
5- meaning 1965
585- meaning double

That makes sense, the s on the end is weird
It has a factory office desk in the front and a small utility sink in rear. It apperars to be original it was an office for an old Airstream dealer in South Carolina
