Thumbs up Opinion on Price needed please!! We're lost!!

Hi all... we are new to the group. We are in need of your collective opinions please.
We are at a loss as to how much to ask for a 1963 24 foot Trade Wind Land Yacht we are selling.
It is all original, minus the refrigerator. Everything works perfectly, including the
roof air conditioner. There is a conventional toilet in it now, however we do have the original one with it, and there is nothing wrong with it.
There is one small wrinkle in the front roof area as a result of pushing a tree brand some years ago, but nothing major to repair according to a professional body shop. The tires are excellent and we have the original spare that came with it when new. The floor tile is not good so we carpeted it, but that really should be replaced. The sink is good as is the stove, cabinets and counter areas. It has a furnace also (not sure if they all came with one?) All the windows and screens are good. There are two propane tanks with it in front.
We see these selling on ebay for all kinds of different prices, but there doesn't seem to be any basis for reasoning why the price differences can be as much as several thousand dollars for similar trailers, other than their location perhaps? We do not understand why they vary so greatly. We are in central Missouri.
We would really appreciate any feedback at ALL from any of you fine people. We must sell it within the next 30 days, as it must be moved, however we want to be fair about the price.
Thanks so much in advance for your opinion. God bless.

A very fine example of an unmolested, but complete 63 Tradewind might fetch around $ 3000.00. This is assuming that it has not been under any sort of major reconstruction.
A perfect, museum quality 63 will have the sky as a limit on price.
If it's in between then so will be the price.
This is a really difficult question to answer, as condition as seen from a seller's point of view often differs dramatically from the buyer's point of view. Unless there's professinal appraisals, you will have to look at the market, do some more research, and then make up a price that seems fair.
The previous post has a link to a very good general scale of Airstream values.
On top of all, during camping season, the prices are generally higher than during the off-season.
A big devaluating factor on older Airstreams is the condition of the sub floor. If the floor has rot around the corners or in the bathroom, then your trailer will be a major expense to make safe and sound. Buyers that know a little bit about this will shy away from it, or pay very little, as I did when I bought my 63 Overlander last year.
So, to sum it up, the question you ask is quite subjective, depending largely of the condition of your trailer. You made a fairly complete list in your post, but that's still up to many "small" factors. A replacement refrigerator, plus the associated wood work to make it fit might easily exceed $ 1000.00 alone.
