Question What year is my Overlander? 61 or 63?

My Sn# is I263D138. Does the 3 mean 1963? or does the 1 after the D mean 1961? Anybody know the code? My title says 63...and by all accounts it looks like other 63's I have seen...but I can not find the proper window gaskets so now I have no idea what I have....Z.

The VIN breaks out as follows
I = International Trim
26 = Feet long
3 = 1963
D = Double bed
138 = Sequential number

Based on the format it is an Ohio built trailer.

That would be an identical layout to mine, in the same year, but you have the International trim, which will give you a different panel on the front of your refrig. Mine is a Land Yacht.

Sinks and tub, as well as countertops, are usually a different color on the Internationals as well.

That would be the extremely rare, and much maligned, nautical version. The "U" signified that they went underwater, the "C" meant they were designed to be used at or above "C" level...
