Wow. Thanks for this thread! I'm in just the same place on my renovation. But mine is even uglier than yours. (Not a competition I would like to win) Someone just offered me some channel iron, which would replace two of the crossmembers. I'm planning to buy outriggers from Out of Doors Mart. I will add one where the black tank was. Please keep the photos coming and know I am studying every one.

My issue today: If I need to transport my rig to the place where I will lift the shell, I am reluctant to remove any more flooring. But I would love to get a sense of how much more frame work it needs. Should I just rip into that bellypan and plan to replace it later during the full monty? If this question gets away from your original thread, please feel free to ignore it. I'm a rookie in all things... metal, AND forum decorum.
