What works on AC and DC in '58 Flying Cloud

I was trying to figure out what works on ac and dc in my old camper. I hava a 58 flying Cloud and I am redoing the wiring.. Does the furnace and refrig work on 110 or dc? It has a fan in the ceiling and what does it run on? Looks like all the wiring is still good but I want to put a converter in, and I want to make sure I wire it right! Thanks for any help!
