Another TV mount question for anyone that cares to read more about TV mounts. I have read quite a few of the posts regarding flat screen mounting of TV's, but have not really seen where anyone has mounted on the Refrigerator Wall. The question is: has anyone mounted on that wall? It looks to be about a 1/4 inch thick and maybe a "laun" plywood. Looks pretty thin. Maybe there are some supports back there and if so I would appreciate knowing where. It looks like that wall is just made for a flat screen, but????

Had a ticking digital noise comming from subwoofer when playing CD's or DVD'S.
Brought it to the dealer(still under warranty)and at first they said they didn't hear it and tryed to send me down the road.I insisted that the noise was there and finally they said they did hear it and turned down the volume on the subwoofer so you could barely hear it and said "there ya go,it's fixed" well,no it's not fixed and this seems like the norm for dealers?
After I discusted this with them they called Airstream about this problem, and it seems I am not the only one with this problem, they said Airstream had a kit of some sort to fix this.
Well, when I picked it up and went to use the system the noise was gone but I could barely here the subwoofer. On closer inspection I found some king of filter they put inline to the sub and it's choking it so bad that it really doesn't work like it should.
This is there fix and it is not right but they won't do anything else to solve this problem.
Is there anyone out there who has a fix for this?
Semms like there fix is to just turn the sub off and send me down the road.
It's just not right,do I have any recorse? I don't like being "BLOWN OFF" and I'm sure no one does.

These are designed for RVs and are supposed to withstand the vibration, heat and cold conditions better. When looking, I see that they offer a 19 inch TV that is 12 volt. Are there any benefits to having a 12 volt unit over a regular 110 volt house unit? I can get a 22 inch VISIO out of Costco for a fraction of the cost.

I do have a built in inverter in the trailer so I could use either when boondocking? I would love to hear any takes on this dilemma.

Thanks in advance,

Hello everyone. I've been wanting to install my PS3 (PlayStation 3) in my coach ever since I bought. Besides playing awesome video games, it also has a Blue Ray player and upconverts regular DVDs, for nice HD video.

My issue was where to put it, as it is rather large. I thought about mounting it where the unused CD changer is, but that would require running lots of wires to the tv, which would be a huge pain. Then it struck me, what if I could mount it standing up, on the wall above the tv. Genius! I'm pretty handy and thought about making a custom mount, but I don't have a lot of time lately to do this sort of thing, so I did a comprehensive google search. Only one company makes such a mount, and they are out of Germany-- PS3 Wall Mount They aren't too expensive (~$60) but shipping and taxes cost nearly as much so all together, to my door was right at $115. The PS3 wont ride up there when towing but I've got the wiring bits well sorted so you just have to pull the plugs and pop the PS3 out to put it in a safe place.

Have a look--
I have an articulated mount for our 22" but the only place to attached it is on a wall that has the fridge on the other side. Do I need to remove the fridge so I can put a backing plate to spread the weight? If yes how big a job is that?? Thanks for the help!

We're getting Henri all dressed up for his run to the sun in a couple of weeks, and I'm wondering how you folks mount your satellite dish on your TT.

We had a spare dish on a pole in concrete buried in the ground at our camp this summer, and I got used to being able to catch up on the news and so on. I know the dish (Bell TV) will receive as far south as Mexico, but I clearly remember that aiming it was NOT a walk on the beach.

Short of spending over a thousand dollars on one of those six (or was it eight)-sided boxes that automate the task how have you done this?
TIA,

Does anyone know where the coaxcial cable hookup is outside.

Also has anyone installed a satelite dish in place of the regular antenna in the same place, looking for tips on the install. I am looking to install the manual dish (Winegard) in the Camping World Catalog.

Thanks in advance.
